Shipping
Where do you ship to?
We ship only to the Lower 48 States of the United States of America and standard delivery typically takes 2–3 business days.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification within 24 hours that includes your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment. If you have not recieved a tracking number, submit a request through our Contact Us page.
Can I change my shipping address?
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at ocmotorcyclegear@gmail.com.
What is your order cut‑off time?
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. To qualify for same‑day shipping, your order must be placed before 12 PM PST. Anything placed after 12 PM PST will ship out the next business day.
My order is missing parts!
If any hardware or components are missing, please submit a request through our Contact Us page so we can assist with a replacement.
My order arrived damaged!
If your package arrives damaged or appears to have been opened, inform the driver immediately and refuse the delivery. Do not accept the package. If the package was left without your presence, you will need to contact the shipping carrier directly. You must also notify us within 24 hours of receiving a damaged item. Damage claims submitted after this timeframe cannot be accepted.

Returns
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30‑day return policy. All parts must be returned within 30 days of purchase and must include a valid RMA number. Returns cannot be accepted after 30 days—no exceptions. To request an RMA, submit a form through our Contact Us page describing the issue and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide your RMA number and return instructions.
Do you provide free return shipping?
Yes. All returns are free of charge. Once your return is approved, we will provide a free return shipping label for you to download and print.
Do you have a restocking fee
No, we do not charge a restocking fee.
What are your return conditions
To qualify for a return, items must be:

Complete with all originally included parts
Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing components not caused by our error will be considered non‑returnable.
How do I get the return label?
Once your return request is approved, we will provide a downloadable return shipping label for you to print.
