Return & Refund Policy

No‑Hassle Returns & Exchanges

You may return any purchase from OC Motorcycle Gear within 30 days for a refund or exchange. To qualify, the product must be in new, unused, and uninstalled condition. All original packaging and tags must be included and intact.

Returns showing ordinary wear and tear, damage from improper use, or signs of installation will not be accepted. Refunds are issued right away when the product arrives at our warehouse. Please note- it can take 2-5 business days for the refund to process and arrive in your account. 

Refunds are processed to the original form of payment once the returned items have been received and inspected. If we are unable to refund to the original payment method, store credit will be issued instead. Depending on your credit card provider, it may take an additional 2–5 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Exchanges

If you need to make an exchange, simply complete the return process and then place a new order for the replacement item. This ensures the item is reserved and ships quickly.

Returns Process

To begin a return, request a Return Authorization Number (RA#) by contacting our team at +1 877-746-6867 during business hours or by emailing ocmotorcyclegear@gmail.com

Have your order number ready when requesting authorization.

Once your RA# is approved:

  1. You will receive a Return Authorization email.

  2. Print the included form and any provided label, and include them with your return shipment.

  3. You have 30 days from the date the RA# is issued to send your items back.

  4. Do not tape anything directly to the product’s original packaging.

  5. Place all items inside a proper shipping box—using the original shipping box is fine.

Please keep your return tracking information. OC Motorcycle Gear is not responsible for lost return shipments.

You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed, including full details of your refund. Please note- depending on your processor, it can take an additional 2-5 business days for it to appear in your account. 

Exchanges

After submitting your return, place a new order for the item you want to exchange for. This ensures availability and faster delivery.

Defective Items

If you receive a defective, incorrect, or damaged item, contact us right away. You will recieve a prepaid label.
